Jauhré – Lifetime Plating Warranty Policy


1. Warranty Coverage

All eligible Jauhré jewellery products are covered under our Lifetime Plating Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to tarnishing, fading, or loss of plating under normal usage conditions


2. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty, customers must contact Jauhré support through WhatsApp or email with:

• Order ID

• Registered mobile number or email

• Clear images/videos of the tarnished product

Jauhré reserves the right to verify and approve all warranty claims.


3. Claims Within First 6 Months

If an eligible product gets tarnished within 6 months from the date of delivery:

• The product will be replaced free of cost, subject to stock availability.


•If the same product is unavailable in stock, the customer will receive a coupon/store credit equal to 100% of the eligible invoice value of the product.

The coupon can be used on future purchases from the Jauhré website.


4. Claims Between 6 to 9 Months

If an eligible product gets tarnished after 6 months but within 9 months from the date of delivery:

The customer will receive a coupon/store credit equal to 50% of the eligible invoice value of the product.


5. Claims Between 9 to 12 Months

If an eligible product gets tarnished after 9 months but within 12 months from the date of delivery:

The customer will receive a coupon/store credit equal to 25% of the eligible invoice value of the product.


6. Claims After 12 Months

If an eligible product gets tarnished anytime after 12 months from the date of delivery:

The customer will receive a coupon/store credit equal to 15% of the eligible invoice value of the product.

This benefit remains available for the lifetime of the product.


7. Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1) & Promotional Offers

For products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional/combo offers, the effective invoice value of each product will be treated proportionally.


Example:

• If two products are purchased under a ₹1500 B1G1 offer,

• Each product's effective invoice value will be considered ₹750 for warranty calculations.


All replacements, warranty credits, and coupon values will be calculated using the effective invoice value and not the original MRP.


8. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, breakage, bending, dents, deformation, or chain breakage

• Stone loss or damage caused by impact

• Scratches, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse

• Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, sanitizers, cleaning agents, swimming pools, or other corrosive substances

• Intentional damage or unauthorized alterations

• Lost or stolen products

• Products for which proof of purchase cannot be verified


9. Additional Terms

•Coupons/store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

•Warranty benefits apply only to the original purchaser.

•Jauhré reserves the right to inspect, verify, and approve all claims before providing any warranty benefit.

•Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading claims may be rejected.

•Jauhré reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

•The final decision regarding warranty eligibility and claim approval shall remain with Jauhré.


Effective Invoice Value: The actual value allocated to a product after considering any discounts, promotional offers, combo offers, or Buy 1 Get 1 offers. All warranty benefits are calculated based on this value.


Example -

A bracelet purchased under a Buy 1 Get 1 offer where the total order value is ₹1500 will have an effective invoice value of ₹750 per item.

Tarnish within 6 months → Replacement or ₹750 coupon

Tarnish between 6–9 months → ₹375 coupon

Tarnish between 9–12 months → ₹187.50 coupon

Tarnish after 12 months → ₹112.50 coupon
